Connector caps protect your connectors during storage and transportation. When your motor is in use, remove your connector caps to prevent them from coming loose and getting lost. The Bixpy Connector Caps are held to the connector body with a small tether, that will not withstand the force of water while the Bixpy J-2 Motor is in use. So it is best to remove them while motoring. -

For inflatables that don’t have a fin box/plate, you can glue the provided flexible fin plate to the bottom of your vessel using PVC or urethane adhesive glue. The Pipe Locking Bracket is perfect for locking any stern mounted pole adapter in place for situation where you need your motor to hold position. The steering adapter bolts onto the vertical pipe swivel sleeve and tightens using stainless steel screws. Then the locking pin inserts into the gap of your pole clamp to lock your motor in the desired direction. -
